Nejen\u017ee byt\u016f je obecn\u011b m\u00e1lo, a to skoro v\u0161ude, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsou d\u00edky tomu i mnohem dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e tomu b\u00fdvalo v letech minul\u00fdch. Co je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed p\u011bti lety st\u00e1lo sotva milion, dnes m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t dvakr\u00e1t tolik. A to je pro valnou \u010d\u00e1st \u010desk\u00e9 populace a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e9 sousto. Je to tak\u00e9 d\u016fvod, pro\u010d se st\u00e1le v\u00edce a v\u00edce lid\u00ed poohl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed po podn\u00e1jmech. Nen\u00ed to sice ide\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, ale po\u0159\u00e1d lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e bydlet n\u011bkde pod mostem.  Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee podn\u00e1jem nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt za v\u0161ech okolnost\u00ed \u0161patn\u00fd, ale je spojen s nejistotou a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 velk\u00fdmi finan\u010dn\u00edmi v\u00fddaji. V podstat\u011b si sta\u010d\u00ed koupit n\u011bjak\u00fd z nov\u00fdch mobiln\u00edch dom\u016f. Na prvn\u00ed dobrou se nejedn\u00e1 o kdov\u00edjak v\u00fdhodnou koupi. Tato obydl\u00ed jsou sice levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 nenab\u00edz\u00ed tolik prostoru, jako b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 byty v \u010din\u017e\u00e1c\u00edch. To je sice pravda, ale jsou pln\u011b srovnateln\u00e9 s byty v panel\u00e1c\u00edch, a i ty stoj\u00ed \u010dasto t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 pen\u00edze. Nav\u00edc se \u010dasto nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v nep\u0159\u00edli\u0161 obl\u00edben\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch, co\u017e je probl\u00e9m. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b si sta\u010d\u00ed koupit levn\u00fd pozemek, a nemus\u00ed se jednat o stavebn\u00ed parcelu, a \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee hned bydlet. Nav\u00edc je tu jedna podstatn\u00e1 v\u00fdhoda, a sice vybaven\u00ed interi\u00e9ru. To je hlavn\u011b u modern\u00edch verz\u00edch na velice vysok\u00e9 \u00farovni a v\u011bt\u0161inou ji\u017e v cen\u011b. Nen\u00ed tak pot\u0159eba nic nav\u00edc dokupovat, co\u017e je rozhodn\u011b velk\u00e1 p\u0159idan\u00e1 hodnota.  B\u011b\u017en\u011b se v nich podnik\u00e1  Mobiln\u00ed domy se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji jako obydl\u00ed pro cel\u00fd rok, ale hlavn\u011b verze vyroben\u00e9 v d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch dob\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 jsou z pochopiteln\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ty nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, jsou obl\u00edben\u00e9 u mnoha podnikatel\u016f. Je jasn\u00e9, pro\u010d tomu tak asi je. Z\u00edskat prostor k podnik\u00e1n\u00ed, ani\u017e by \u010dlov\u011bk musel platit miliony, je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b velmi l\u00e1kav\u00e9.
